Our capital team manages the safe delivery of sustainable, modern healthcare buildings from small scale workspaces to multi-million pounds construction projects for our principal client, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
We also manage site development plan coordination and feasibility studies.
Work recently included the £20m development of an Emergency Village at Blackpool Victoria Hospital and a complex 18-month project to replace the roof on a multi-storey building.
