End-to-end property management
Our property management team manages 180,000 sq metres of space for our principal client, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals – that’s equivalent to 25 Wembley football pitches.
The team oversees the end-to-end property life cycle working with clients from the identification of a need through the stages of lease negotiation, property or land acquisitions, dilapidations management and disposal.
With expertise in project management, healthcare building occupancy design and management and data analysis – our team research, manages and maintains a suite of property management information for our clients.
This supports the submission of all mandatory reporting requirements, including hospital estates and facilities statistics and in particular Estates Returns Information Collection (ERIC) submissions required by the NHS.
