Blackpool-based healthcare facilities management Company, Atlas BFW Management Ltd (Atlas), announces its new Managing Director, Les Stove.
With a career of over 30 years in the NHS, spanning both Primary and Secondary Care, Les has worked for Acute Hospitals and Primary Care Trusts, delivering a breadth of services, ranging from IT, to Health Records, Outpatient Department (OPD), as well as Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services.
Atlas Chair, Alan Stuttard, said: “Les’ appointment as Managing Director, comes at a critical time for Atlas, as we progress through our fourth year of trading and look to deliver our business development plan.”
Alan continues: “Les brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge about both healthcare and facilities management, which are key to the future development of Atlas. I am very much looking forward to working with Les and the team on the next part of our journey.”
Managing Director, Les Stove, said: “It’s a huge honour to have been appointed Managing Director for Atlas; especially at such an exciting time for the Company and the healthcare economy.”
Les continues: “I look forward to working with my new Atlas family as we, together, build on the solid foundations, laid by Interim CEO, Jimmy Maguire.
Over the next 12 months, my aim is to progress what is already in place to support our major client, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, whilst laying the foundations for our long-term business development strategy. This involves building new partnerships with key stakeholders, within our local footprint and exploring the opportunities for growth that we have at our fingertips.”
