Meet Phil Hayes, Community Driver & Porter.
From keeping his military colleagues safe on Tank patrol across two Continents, as part of the Frist Battalion King's Regiment, to ensuring his colleagues and customers are supplied with PPE, equipment and have immaculate working environments, Phil always makes a big difference wherever he is.
We recently caught up with him, as he was undertaking Domestic duties at Ansdell Medical Centre, before setting off on his PPE delivery duties.
Phil takes up the story: "I think that my job is one of the most diverse within Atlas. From collecting and delivering essential PPE, equipment and furniture around the Community, to undertaking Domestic Assistant duties, to ensuring confidential waste is correctly disposed of - the role keeps me on my toes!"
Phil adds: "Being able to make a difference in a time where spirit is low, makes all the difference to our staff and clients alike."
Dawn Townson, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist and Team Leader, for Intermediate Care, South – Fylde and Wyre locality, based at West View Health Centre, Fleetwood, said: "Phil supports the Intermediate care service on a weekly basis.
