Enabling effective property management

Managing more than 150,000 m2 of acute and over 30,000m2 of community building space for our client, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, our Property Services team controls occupancy issues for healthcare buildings.

Directed by our client, our work includes: lease negotiation, property and land acquisitions, through to disposals.

With expertise in project management, healthcare building occupancy and data analysis – our team researches, manages and maintains a suite of property management information. They achieve this through utilising a platform of systems built predominantly on current state drawing, to inform service development, improvements, or reconfigurations to ensure the best use of buildings.

Our Property Services team are pivotal in enabling the Trust to comply and submit its mandatory reporting obligations, including Hospital Estates and Facilities statistics (in particularly ERIC submissions).

Our Property Services team enables our clients, as well as the wider Atlas teams to manage their functions effectively.

This ensures that they maximise the available space in their built environment and investment decisions within buildings are appropriately aligned.

This benefits the Trust’s patients, service users, staff and visitors – helping to future proof the estate.
