Atlas achieves 5* Food Hygiene Rating for Clifton Hospital

Blackpool-based Atlas BFW Management Ltd (Atlas), is delighted to announce its achievement of a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating for its kitchen, at its Clifton Hospital site.

Les Stove, Managing Director, said: "We work tirelessly to ensure the catering service at Clifton Hospital is maintained to the highest standards and receiving the top possible rating for food hygiene from Fylde Borough Council, is a great triumph for all the Catering Team, led by Catering Supervisor, Lesley Fegan."

The food hygiene scoring system goes from 0 to 5, with 5 meaning "very good". Fylde Borough Council inspects every business and organisation that serves food in a large enough capacity including: restaurants, pubs, cafés, takeaways, schools, hotels, supermarkets and other places food is served.
