Craig Harris

Craig works closely with the Trust to create, develop and deliver the Trust’s Capital Programme to ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget and on programme. This involves identifying the future pipeline of works required to develop the Trusts Capital Programme, the selection and appointment of project teams, procurement and on site delivery of works from conception through to practical completion with close liaison with all stakeholders.

Craig started his career working for the NHS within Medical Engineering as an Engineer and acting as Medical Engineering Manager, then working within the Estates Department as Senior Estates Officer Electrical Engineering finally transitioning to Capital Developments as a Project Engineer, then Senior Project Manager and finally as Head of Department.

In his spare time Craig enjoys various activities with his family and combining travel and holidays with fell walking.
