Joanne Duffy

As Head of Facilities, Jo has overall responsibility for managing the Atlas facilities - which includes all soft services, cleaning, portering, vehicle fleet and waste) throughout the estate, managing and coaching the team throughout the community, contract management and monitoring, maintaining & improving the service we provide.

Jo has worked in Facilities for 20+ years, managing a range of properties and working on client side, outsourced, consultancy and contract. Prior to this she worked for Lloyds/TSB in a finance role.

Jo holds the facilities qualification MIWFM (previously MBIFM) and is a member of IWFM (Institute of Workforce and Facilities Management) City & Guilds in L7 Legionella Responsible persons, IOSH

In her spare time Jo enjoys being Mum to two busy teenagers, going to the theatre, keeping fit by running and walking her dog.
