Sarah Senior

The Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for the Company’s performance, ensuring that the organisation meets all of its statutory and contractual obligations and for creating the environment to enable continuous improvement.

Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and started her career in the private sector before moving into the NHS. She held Executive Director positions for a period of 19 years in Trusts and Foundation Trusts before taking up leadership roles in the broader Health and Care systems in Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

Sarah has substantial experience of building effective and productive working relationships and believes that the way forward is to ensure that our Company values are a core part of how we operate as an organisation.
